(a) Environmental Compliance

The Safety, Quality and Environment Management System (HSSEQ) of Company, follows the environmental compliance standards and requirements pursuant to mandatory rules & requirements and applicable codes guidelines and standards recommended by IMO, Administrations, Classification Societies, and Industry and based on the structure of ISO 14001 International Standard.

(b) Commitment to EMS

Company fully supports the overall EMS policy and contributes to and maintains its EMS in the manner that demonstrates the commitment of top management towards environment protection and its continual improvement.

(c) Systematic Approach to EMS

The EMS has been established to provide an overall systematic approach to environmental management through linking Company’s commitment, policy & Vision and environmental excellence commitment. These programs will be reviewed regularly to ensure continual improvement within the EMS.

(d) EMS Support to HSSEQ

The EMS has been established to provide support to HSSEQ through:

• Procedures in establishing significant environmental aspects that is used in the environmental management program
• Operational Procedures for ships relating to MARPOL and ISO 14001 compliance
• Communication, Documentation and Recording Procedures relating to environmental management
